As the Operations Manager and primary point of contact for My Virtual Jackie, Jackie oversees all initial meetings, strategic consultations, and client negotiations. Holding a Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing Management, she leads the execution of nearly all core services offered—including Website Creation & Management, CRM Management, Email Marketing & Automation, Email Management, Social Media Management, and General Executive Admin Support. Jackie ensures every project runs smoothly, efficiently, and aligned with your business goals.

Mhel is a Managing Partner at MVJ, specializing in Bookkeeping, Administrative Assistance, and Customer Support. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) and has been a dedicated Virtual Assistant since 2020. Based in New Zealand, Mhel is also Jackie’s biological sister and a proud mother. Alongside her professional work, she is deeply committed to serving in the ministry of the Lord, bringing integrity, high attention to detail, and genuine care to every account she manages.

Serving as a Managing Partner at MVJ, Joan specializes in Social Media Management and Executive Administrative Support. She holds a BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) and has been an integral part of the MVJ team since 2023. Joan combines her background in human resources with a heart for service, actively ministering in her local church and serving the Lord while helping clients build engaging online communities.

Jay Em serves as MVJ’s Lead Video Editor and Social Media Specialist, bringing stories and brand visions to life through engaging visual content. Outside of his creative work, Jay Em is a full-time church minister, active Worship Leader, preacher, and teacher in the Children’s Ministry. His passion for serving God translates into a strong work ethic, dedication, and creative excellence across all video and media projects.

Lairaj handles Social Media Management and Administrative Support at MVJ. A driven working student, she is entering her 2nd year of college pursuing a Bachelor of Secondary Education Major in Mathematics (BSEd Math). Dedicated to both her academic path and serving in the ministry of the Lord, Lairaj brings mathematical precision, strong organizational skills, and a positive energy to every task.

Archie joined MVJ in 2022 as an Assistant Video Editor and Social Media Specialist. He is currently completing his BSBA Major in Human Resource Development Management (HRDM) as a graduating student. Alongside his professional growth at MVJ, Archie is a full-time minister and Worship Leader at his church, bringing purpose, energy, and dedication to both his ministry work and media production.
